Service Description
The Dynamic Room Space is great for content creators, rehearsals for dancers, actors, music videos and photographers. A Maximum of 20 guests capacity in this room, fits 18 comfortably. This space offers wooden floor, built in mirrors, and LED lighting. We also have a stereo system that is Bluetooth and/or auxiliary cord compatible along with Wi-Fi. •MAX RENTAL TIME CAPACITY IS 2HRS* This Rental booking is not the same price for parties/events. You must contact The Red Room Studio advising of cancellation 2 hours before class start time ONLY to theredroomstudionj@gmail.com. REMINDER that all events/worshops are FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
ROOM RENTAL: Price includes 30 minutes for set up/ break down that is 15 min for set up and 15 min for clean up. "For EX. if your room rental starts at 7:00 you must vacate the premises by 8:30." No one from the rental should still be in the facility after your time. Extra time before your rental time will NOT be given. (Hall Rentals, Private Parties/Events refer to your contract for set up and breakdown) DEPOSIT: a deposit in the amount of $200 is required 14-21 days before your booking date and will be held until after your rental time has ended. this deposit is held as a SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT.(Room rental Deposits must be given no later than the day before your booking date) Failure to provide The Red Room Studio with the deposit will result in the cancellation or your room rental, event, party or hall rental. CANCELLATION POLICY: For rental, private parties, events, room rental, and pole group/parties sessions must contact us via email at theredroomstudionj@gmail.com advising of cancellation 24 hours before start time to receive a FULL REFUND. Cancellations done after 24 hours are subject to half a refund. REMINDER that all TRR classes are FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE. When renting the Harmony room no one from your group, party etc. is allowed to tamper with or touch any items in the dynamic room (small room). Guest are ONLY allowed to pass through to get to the restroom. General Rules: •NO touching the mirrors •NO smoking in the building •NO alcohol •No food/outside catering allowed in the studio unless permission is given •No glitter or tape that can damage the walls •All renters are responsible for any damages to the studio and/or its content during the rental period. Any damages to the mirrors, equipment and/or any other related damages to the property will be subject to a fine starting at $500 and up depending on the damages. Failure to do so will result in legal action •All renters are expected to clean up, sweep, remove trash, etc. and to leave the studio as it was given •All renters agree to the terms and conditions listed above
