Policy & General Rules

Thank you for choosing The Red Room Studio.

Please carefully review our policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, students, and guests.

Sales Policy

All sales are final.
Classes, merchandise, memberships, and class credits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Student Policy

  • Late Arrival: Students are permitted an 8-minute grace period. Arrivals after 8 minutes will forfeit their booking and class credit.

  • Booking Deadline: Class bookings close 1 hour prior to the class start time.

  • Waiver Requirement: All new students must sign a waiver before participating. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete this process.

  • Client Portal: Each student must have their own individual client portal. Shared accounts are not permitted.

  • Memberships & Class Credits: Cannot and will not be transferred to another individual.

Class Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Students may cancel or reschedule classes via the client portal (subject to a $5 rescheduling fee).

  • Experiencing issues? Contact us at least 3 hours before the class to avoid forfeiting your credit.

  • Cancellations or notices received after this period will result in loss of booking and credit.

Class Credit Policy

  • No credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows unless a rescheduling request is submitted on time via the client portal.

  • A $5 rescheduling fee will apply and must be paid before the class start time.

  • Class credits are valid for 7 days from the original class date.

  • Extensions will only be granted for documented positive COVID-19 test results.

Your health and safety are our top priority, and we encourage responsible participation at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for rentals, private parties, events, and group sessions (including pole parties) must be made via email to theredroomstudionj@gmail.com at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.

  • Refunds and rescheduling are subject to contract terms.

  • All contracts must be signed prior to your booking date.

  • Failure to cancel within the 72-hour period may result in loss of payment.

Studio Rules

To maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment, the following rules apply:

  • No touching the mirrors.

  • No smoking inside the building.

  • No alcohol permitted.

  • No food or outside catering without prior written approval.

  • No glitter or tape that may damage walls or studio surfaces.

Rental Responsibilities

  • Renters are fully responsible for any damage caused to studio property during the rental period.

  • Damages to mirrors, equipment, or facilities will result in a minimum fine of $500, with additional charges depending on the extent of the damage.

  • Failure to cover damages may result in legal action.

  • All renters must clean up, sweep, remove trash, and return the studio to its original condition at the end of their session.
