Looking for a place to host your next dance class? look no further the red room has officially added the chance for non Red Room instructors an opportunity to host your class in our space. Only available in JULY on Monday & Tuesday evenings. Time slots are available for booking. ****ALL BOOKINGS ARE RESERVED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. This services is only used to host your class this is not and will not be used to advertise your class or to poach the Red Room studio clients/students. The Red Room Studio is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal items. The Red Room is only providing a rental Space. However in the event that the renter has damage the property or items in the property the Renter will be responsible to pay for all cost upfront, If an estimate is needed Renter must pay invoice as soon as possible or face legal action. DEPOSIT: a deposit in the amount of $200 is required 14-21 days before your booking date and will be held until after your rental time has ended. this deposit is held as a SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT.(Room rental Deposits must be given no later than the day before your booking date) Failure to provide The Red Room Studio with the deposit will result in the cancellation or your room rental, event, party or hall rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For rental, private parties, events, room rental, and pole group/parties sessions must contact us via email at theredroomstudionj@gmail.com advising of cancellation 24 hours before start time to receive a FULL REFUND. Cancellations done after 24 hours are subject to half a refund. REMINDER that all TRR classes are FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE. When renting the Harmony room no one from your group, party etc. is allowed to tamper with or touch any items in the dynamic room (small room). Guest are ONLY allowed to pass through to get to the restroom. General Rules: •NO touching the mirrors •NO smoking in the building •NO alcohol •No food/outside catering allowed in the studio unless permission is given •No glitter or tape that can damage the walls •All renters are responsible for any damages to the studio and/or its content during the rental period. Any damages to the mirrors, equipment and/or any other related damages to the property will be subject to a fine starting at $500 and up depending on the damages. Failure to do so will result in legal action •All renters are expected to clean up, sweep, remove trash, etc. and to leave the studio as it was given •All renters agree to the terms and conditions listed above
