ALL THE RED ROOM STUDIO CLASSES AND MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. STUDENTS: All students have an 8-min grace period for arriving late to class. Arriving after the grace period will result in you losing your booking. All bookings for class will close 1 hr before start time. All students MUST sign a waiver once. CANCELLATION: For rental, private parties and events you must contact us advising of cancellation 72 hrs before the event. Class Cancellation must be done through your client portal. If you have not created an account you must send us an email to theredroomstudionj@gmail.com notifying us of cancellation 3 hours before the class start time. There is a $5 cancellation fee for All Cancellations & a $5 NO SHOW fee. Both fees Must be paid before arriving to the next booked class, Failure to submit payment will result in your removal from any and/or All registered classes. All notice given after the required time frame will result in you losing your class credit. Memberships, credit/purchased class can not be given or transferred to another individual.
CLASS CREDIT: CREDITS ARE NOT PERMITTED OR ALLOWED FOR CANCELLATION OR NO CALL NO SHOW THERE WILL BE A $5 FEE . As of 11.01.2024 all class credit/rescheduling will be subject to a $5 fee. This fee will be applied to your next RED ROOM STUDIO class booking and MUST be paid before the scheduled class start time. You will have 1 week to redeem your class credit (7 days from the original class date). Class Credit will not be allowed to be redeemed longer than a week, endless given a positive COVID test result. Your health is very important to us; We want to ensure that you as well as we, practice safe distance and take all precautions serious. ALL CLIENTS MUST CREATE A CLIENT PORTAL TO BOOK CLASSES. WE DO NOT ALLOW CLIENTS TO BOOK FOR OTHERS USING THE SAME ACCOUNT.
